  • 🥕 Instacart raised $265M in fresh funding, pushing its valuation to a staggering $39B, more than double its $17.7B valuation in October 2020, when it raised its last financing. The on-demand grocery delivery platform’s growth has skyrocketed through the pandemic as consumer demand for grocery services surged.
  • 🥖 Czech on-demand grocery delivery service Rohlik landed €190M, and plans to use the funding to expand its footprint in its existing three markets, as well as launching in new markets across Europe in the near future.
