🛵 Indian food delivery startup Swiggy raised $1.25B series J funding, giving it a post-money valuation of $5.5 billion. The startup says the new round, which was oversubscribed, reflects the turnaround it has demonstrated in the wake of the pandemic.

🚴‍♀️Colombian on-demand delivery startup Rappi raised ‘over’ $500M series F funding at a $5.25B valuation, bringing its total raised to over $2B. Rappi has operations in 250 cities across nine countries in Latin America.

🌱 Pivot Bio secured $430M in a series D round led by Temasek to mass produce DNA-altered nitrogen-producing microbes for farmers to apply to their fields, replacing synthetic nitrogen products which are highly-pollutive to manufacture.
