💰Southeast Asian super-app Grab has closed a $4B private investment in public equity deal as part of its agreement to merge with NASDAQ-listed SPAC Altimeter Growth Corp. The deal will allow Grab to become a publicly-traded company at a valuation of approximately $39.6B.


🗑Hazel Technologies secured $70M series C funding for its food-waste fighting technology which extends the shelf life of fruits and vegetables. Its packaging insert is designed to inhibit ethylene, which plants produce as they age, preserving the fresh produce.
