🚙  Snackpass raised $70M series B funding at a $400M valuation. It is a social commerce platform for ordering from restaurants, letting people see what their friends are eating, enabling them to order food and drinks for each other and group order, with buyers picking it all up for themselves, self-described as “food meets friends”.

💪 Glasgow-based food tech Enough, formerly 3F Bio, secured $51M series B funding to bring its sustainable mycoprotein ingredient, for use in plant-based foods, to market.

🍽 Israeli plant-based nutrition firm Equinom raised €20M series C funding to leverage its ‘seed-to-plate food-application technology’ and become a global leader in the agtech space.


🇪🇸 Heura has secured €16M via a mix of crowdfunding and international funds as, after a year of retailing, its plant-based meat products are Spain’s most-sold alternative meats.

👶 Tiny Organics raised $11M series A funding to scale up its range of organic baby and toddler meals that contain no added sugar or salt, and are prepared in-house by an executive chef and team of neonatal scientists.

🌱 Swedish mycoprotein manufacturer Mycorena raised $9M in a pre-series A funding round. It claims to be one of the fastest-growing food techs in the country, and its flagship ingredient, Promyc, is being tested for use in several vegan products.

🧃 Better Juice secured $8M seed funding for its enzymatic technology which reduces the amount of sugar in natural juices. Its machine can be integrated into the juice manufacturing process, and can reduce sugar content by up to 80%.

🛠 Restaurant software startup ResQ closed $7.5M seed funding for its platform which manages restaurant repair and maintenance task, helping with revenue recovery in back of house.

🌍 Boomitra
raised $4M to remove atmospheric carbon “on a global scale” through its carbon credits system for soil carbon sequestration, operated via orbiting satellites.
