🧀 San Francisco-based New Culture raised $25M in an oversubscribed Series A round to scale up production and grow its team ahead of the launch of its animal-free mozzarella cheese, made via precision fermentation.

🏭 Seoul-based Zikooin Company, the firm behind plant-based meat brand Unlimeat, secured $23M to build a new production plant which will be one of the largest of its type in Asia.

🍼 US-based Infant nutrition company Helaina secured $20M Series A funding to execute its go-to-market strategy for its human milk proteins, developed via precision fermentation, which have previously only been available in breastmilk.
