🧫 Cell-based milk tech TurtleTree has formed a strategic partnership with California-based Solar Biotech to access Solar’s 100% solar-powered biomanufacturing platform and facility to help produce its cultivated milk at scale.

🐓Cell-based meat firm Upside Foods is partnering with Michelin-starred chef Dominique Crenn to debut its cultivated chicken in her San Francisco-based Atelier Crenn restaurant once it receives regulatory approval. This video of chef Crenn cooking Upside Foods’ cell-based chicken is drool worthy.
