Brassi’s roots began in the summer of 2020 when Taylor made “cauli oats” in her kitchen. Once she realized she was onto something, her and her co-founder set out to create the perfect oats bowl.

Our 6-serving bulk bag of cauliflower oatmeal provides an easy to make, full-nutrition breakfast product, capitalizing on the growing popularity of plant-based protein and cauliflower substitutes. Each cauli-oats bowl not only is flavorful, but contains a full nutrition profile with 10g of plant-based protein, 7g of fiber, and sneaks a veggie in as well. Our two initial flavors are apple+spice (something familiar with a twist) and cacao+coconut (nostalgia from childhood Cocoa Puffs).

Our hope is to make our product good for you and the planet- with wholesome ingredients, packaging made out of recycled materials, and mindful sourcing.
