Passionate about food, sustainability, and innovation, my experience in the Swiss food value chains allow me to identify key aspects in which everyone can contribute to build a more sustainable world. My PhD degree in economics and management of innovation provided me the opportunity to meet many actors of the Swiss agricultural sector. I am now participating, as a scientific collaborator, to the analysis of different agri-food value chains and stimulate innovation in this sector.
