Dai Tianero-McIntosh is a scientist with a background in biotech and drug discovery.
She holds a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry and has spent much of her career working in
Natural Products drug discovery. She now applies the same discovery approach to food
innovation, looking for solutions to gaps in the industry, particularly in protein systems
and functional ingredients. Dai is working on an early-stage food tech venture focused
on creating better-performing and more versatile food ingredients. She enjoys meeting
people in the food space and is excited to help grow a strong, connected foodtech
network in Boston.
