I am an Engineer and Manager by education, with Digital, Innovation and Entrepreneurship at heart. My professional career was mainly built in companies, with Executive positions in Marketing, Sales, Operations, Digital and Innovation, but also includes experiences in graduate and post-graduate education, non-for-profit organizations and entrepreneurial ventures. I am co-founder of Nolita - a startup that develops and produces foods for breakfast, snacking and desserts with no added sugar, hi-fiber and hi-protein. Previously, I headed the Innovation & Future Tech Unit of the main food retailer in Portugal (€6bi+ turnover), at which I developed a Food Lab - an in-store showcase of the most innovative and recently trending products -, catalyzed 100+ food innovation projects and applied to or managed 49 Food R&D+i projects (€34.8M investment) in consortia with suppliers, service providers, other retailers, Universities and startups.
