I am a food scientist passionate about the intersection of Digital Technologies in the Agri-Food industry. I am a self-starter and I am the co-founder of Digital Bites - developing a VR technology to cenceptually validate and receive feedback on food products, before developing them! My academic background is an integrated BSc and MSc from the Agricultural School of Aristole University of Thessaloniki, GR, with a concentration in Food Science and an MSc Development and Rural Innovation from Wageningen University and Research, NL, specializing in sustainable transitions of food systems and entrepreneurship.
